Masala corn

Ingredients
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 4 cups boiled sweet corn kernels
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the sweet corn kernels, and cook on a medium flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
• Add the chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few minutes.
• Serve immediately.
