                     Cabbage Manchurian 



Whenever I get bored  I love to cook something new. I just love cabbage manchurian so I decided to cook. If you are confused about how to make cabbage manchurian you follow the following recipe πŸ‘‡

      Ingredients


  • 2 cup- cabbage, finely chopped 
  • 1  -carrot 
  • 2 tbsp- corn flour 
  • 2 tbsps- Soya sauce 
  • 2tbsps- Chilli sauce 
  • 1/2 cup maida 
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2tbps spring onions  
  • 2 tbsp- Tomato sauce
  • Oil- for frying 
  • 1cup- water 
  • Salt- to taste 

    For the gravy

  • 2tsp oil 
  • 2 garlic/ lasun finely chopped 
  • 1cup spring onions finely chopped 
  • 1tbsp chilli sauce 
  • 1tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1/2tsp pepper 
  • 1tbsp soya sauce 
  • 1tbsp vinegar 
  • Salt to taste 

      Steps to make dry cabbage Manchurian
  • Firstly in a large mixing bowl take 2 cup finely chopped cabbage and 1grated carrot 

  • Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tps ginger garlic paste 1/2tps salt 1/2 cup maida and 2tbsp corn flour 

  • Combine by squeezing out cabbage well

  • Further add 2tbps water and prepare a soft dough 

  •  Now grease hand with oil and prepare round ball sized ball

  • Deep fry in a hot oil or bake at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes or till cabbage ball get crispy and get cooked well completely from inside 

  • Stir occasionally, keeping the flame on medium 

  • Fry till the cabbage ball turns golden n crisp. Drain off the fried cabbage ball over kitchen paper and keep inside 

  • Now in the large kadai heat 2tbsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic 

  • Also saute 2tbsp spring onions  ,1/4 onion and 1green chilli 

  • Additionaly add 1/2 capsicum and saute well 

  •  further add 1tsp chilli sauce, 2tbssp soya sauce, 2tbsp vinegar, 2tbsp tomato sauce1/4tps salt 1/4tps pepper 

  • Saute on high flame till sauce thickens 

  • Now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently 

  • Finally, cabbage manturian is ready to serve by garnishing with chopped spring onions
